Prior to dinner, small bites will be served while you enjoy a signature, traditional, or spirit-free cocktail, craft beer, or local wine.

A seated open-air dinner will feature a selection of meat, fish, and vegetable-forward entrees and sides. All offerings will be fire-roasted or smoked on site using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.

To honor our venue agreement, our event will be ending at 10PM. At this time, we ask that you make your way to the valet kiosk. Please note, Uber/Lyft has limited availability in the area.

We encourage our out-of-town guests to book lodging well in advance. The Newport Jazz Festival coincides with our wedding weekend, and hotel availability and prices have been affected.

TO KEEP IN MIND
ARRIVAL
Greenvale Vineyards features prominent roadside signage and is located just off Wapping Rd in Portsmouth, RI. The drive from the main entrance to our event site leads you down a long gravel road. Please follow our wedding signage all the way to the valet kiosk.
PARKING
Complimentary valet will be provided for all our guests. This allows you to have direct access to our ceremony and reception site. We thank you in advance for not parking your car anywhere else on the property.
CEREMONY
Our Ceremony will start promptly at 5 o’clock in the evening, so please plan on taking your seat ten-fifteen minutes prior. Given the expected traffic, please allow for longer local driving times to the venue.
FOOD & ALLERGIES
Our dinner will be fire-roasted and smoked on-site and served buffet-style. The menu will feature regional ingredients such as seafood. If you have any severe allergies, please be mindful or alert the service staff.
DRESS
Formal Cocktail Attire, or whatever makes you feel your most fabulous. The entire event will take place on the lawn, so take care when deciding on the perfect shoes.
UBER/LYFT
Uber/Lyft are both available on the island, but we’re anticipating that wait times will be increased and availability might be scarce due to the Newport Jazz Festival.
